The Kyle Police Department apprehended two teenagers in connection with a shooting that occurred at a party on November 26, 2024, in which a 17-year-old was shot in the leg. Thanks to the efforts of patrol officers, detectives, and forensic investigators, ballistic evidence was gathered that linked the teens to both the shooting on the 26th and an unrelated incident of deadly conduct on November 27.
18-year-old Christian Jeffery and another juvenile are now facing multiple charges, including Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, along with additional charges related to the deadly conduct incident. The investigation remains ongoing.
