On Sunday, December 29, 2024, Boerne Police arrested two individuals in connection with an aggravated robbery at Domino's Pizza earlier that evening.
The incident occurred at approximately 7:22 p.m. at the Domino’s location in the 1300 block of South Main Street. According to police, a man and woman, later identified as Kenneth Courtney Davis, 34, and Victoria Jan McDonald, 34, entered the store armed with a handgun and demanded cash. The employee complied, and the suspects fled the scene in a white SUV with over $100 in cash and change.
Law enforcement officers from the Boerne Police Department, Kendall County Sheriff’s Office, and Texas DPS responded to the scene. Surveillance footage, employee statements, and additional camera reviews provided descriptions of the suspects and their vehicle.
At approximately 10:17 p.m., officers located a vehicle matching the description at an apartment complex in the 800 block of Johns Road. The suspects were identified, and evidence from the robbery, including Domino’s gift cards, rolled change, and black BB guns resembling the firearm used, was recovered from the vehicle.
Kenneth Courtney Davis and Victoria Jan McDonald were arrested on charges of aggravated robbery, a first-degree felony, and additional drug-related offenses. Both suspects were transported to the Kendall County Jail. Davis' bond was set at $313,000 and McDonald's is $100,000.
