On Thursday night, January 16, 2025, the Bandera County River Authority and Groundwater District (BCRAGD) Board of Directors presented an Award for Excellent Environmental Stewardship to Bandera County Fire Marshal Jason Rutherford.
The award recognizes Rutherford’s ongoing dedication to environmental stewardship and his contributions to the Bandera County community.
