The Hays County Sheriff’s Office has arrested two suspects in connection to multiple vehicle burglaries that occurred on March 11, 2025.
Allias King, 19, was booked into the Hays County Jail on the following charges:
- Theft of Property - Misdemeanor A (Warrant from Killeen Police Department) — Bond: $1,500
- Theft of Property - State Jail Felony (Warrant from Coryell County)
- Three counts of Burglary of Vehicle - Misdemeanor A — Bond: $2,500 per charge
- Theft of Property - State Jail Felony — Bond: $5,000
- Evading Arrest/Detention with a Vehicle - Felony 3 — Bond: $25,000
King’s total bond amount is set at $39,000.
A second male juvenile was detained and taken to Hays County Juvenile Detention on the following charges:
- Two counts of Burglary of Vehicle - Misdemeanor A
- Theft of Property - State Jail Felony
- Evading Arrest/Detention on Foot - Misdemeanor A
The investigation is ongoing, and additional charges may be filed.
The Hays County Sheriff’s Office is asking residents in the Belterra area to review any security camera footage from the early morning hours of March 11 for suspicious activity. Residents who discover unusual activity are encouraged to call the non-emergency line at (512) 393-7896 to make a report.
Authorities remind residents to keep vehicle doors locked and store valuables out of sight to prevent theft.
