Bandera County Man Arrested for Solicitation of Murder, Drug, and Firearm Offenses


Bandera County Sheriff's Office (BCSO) Deputies executed an arrest warrant for Solicitation of Murder and a subsequent search warrant on April 1, 2025, leading to the arrest of an individual at a residence near Wharton’s Dock Road.

The operation, conducted by the BCSO Criminal Investigations Unit (CIU), Criminal Investigations Division (CID), and Special Operations Unit, resulted in the suspect being taken into custody and transported to the BCSO Jail.

During the execution of the search warrant, deputies seized 27 grams of liquid methamphetamine, 3 grams of crystal methamphetamine, and firearms.

The arrested individual faces the following charges:

  • Solicitation of Murder
  • Possession of Controlled Substance PG1
  • Manufacture/Delivery of Controlled Substance PG1

"Outstanding work by your Bandera County Sheriff’s Office," said Sheriff Josh Teitge. "We will not tolerate victimization of our great citizens and will continue to strike hard against the criminal element in our county."
