Guadalupe County Narcotics Operation Nets Two Arrests and Large Drug Seizure

On September 13th, at approximately 1 a.m., the Guadalupe County Narcotics Task Force (GCNTF) executed a narcotics operation within the city limits of Schertz, Guadalupe County. The operation led to the seizure of 14.8 grams of methamphetamine, 13.1 grams of alprazolam pills, and 856 grams of promethazine with codeine syrup.

Aniza Rojas, a 29-year-old female from San Antonio, and Stephanie Deleon, a 34-year-old female from Converse, were suspected of selling and distributing narcotics in the Schertz, Seguin, and New Braunfels areas. The GCNTF arrested both Rojas and Deleon in Schertz, where they were believed to be attempting to distribute narcotics at the time of their arrest.

Rojas and Deleon were booked into the Guadalupe County Jail, facing charges of Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance in Penalty Group 1 (over four grams but less than 200 grams), Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance in Penalty Group 3 (less than 28 grams), and Possession of a Controlled Substance in Penalty Group 4 (over 400 grams). Rojas also faces an additional charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance in Penalty Group 2 (over one gram).
