The Fredericksburg Police Department is investigating a theft of lottery tickets that occurred on Monday, September 16, 2024, at approximately 11:18 AM at the Mini Mart located at 380 N Llano St.
Initial investigations revealed that the suspect is a middle-aged Hispanic male, approximately 6 feet tall, with a darker skin tone. He was last seen wearing a dark-colored baseball-style hat, a gray t-shirt, blue jeans with torn areas around the knees, and black tennis shoes. The suspect was also reported to have ridden away on a gray electric bicycle.
