Hays County Crime Stoppers has added Juan Rolando Cisneros to its Top 10 Most Wanted List and is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to his arrest or indictment.
Cisneros’ last known residence was in San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas, but he may be residing in the Kyle, Hays County area. He is described as having short black hair and a black goatee.
Cisneros is wanted for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child (First Degree Felony), as well as two charges of Motion to Revoke for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle (State Jail Felony).
