Child by Contact, a 2nd-degree felony, and Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Young Child, a 1st-degree felony. The following day, Zuniga was sentenced to 99 years in prison for Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child. He also received a 20-year sentence and a $10,000 fine for Indecency with a Child.
Zuniga’s arrest occurred on August 16, 2022, when Schertz and Selma Police Departments executed a warrant at a residence on Chelsea Place. He was taken into custody and held in the Comal County Jail pending trial.
