On May 19, 2024, just before 11 p.m., San Antonio police responded to a shooting in the 1200 block of S. San Marcos. Upon arrival, officers found a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
According to information gathered at the scene, the victim had briefly entered his residence before returning outside alone. Shortly after, a gunshot was heard, followed by the victim’s cry for help. The victim managed to reenter his residence but collapsed. He was transported to a hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
Investigators obtained video footage showing two suspects. One, wearing jeans, is seen handing a gun to another individual in shorts.
The San Antonio Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in identifying the suspects. Anyone with information is urged to contact the SAPD Homicide Unit at 210-207-7635 and reference case number SAPD24109527.
