San Antonio Man Sentenced to Over 28 Years for Multiple Pharmacy Robberies

Atseko Factor, 40, of San Antonio, was sentenced to 339 months (28+ years) in federal prison for his role in three pharmacy robberies and brandishing a firearm during the commission of the crimes.

According to court documents, from October to December 2020, Factor and co-defendant Andre Dupree Jack, 41, robbed pharmacies in Luling, Pleasanton, and Seguin. During the robberies, Factor and Jack threatened employees with firearms, bound them with zip ties, and stole over $43,000 worth of controlled substances, cash, pharmaceuticals, and merchandise.

Factor pleaded guilty to the charges on September 10, 2024, and was also ordered to pay approximately $47,000 in restitution. Jack, who pleaded guilty to conspiracy and firearm charges on March 21, 2024, is scheduled to be sentenced on January 16, 2025.

The case was investigated by the Drug Enforcement Administration, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, and local police departments in Pleasanton, Seguin, and Luling. Assistant U.S. Attorneys Brian Nowinski and John Fedock prosecuted the case.
