Bandera ISD has announced the appointment of Mrs. Tiffany Pierce as the interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective December 19, 2024.
Mrs. Pierce has been a part of Bandera ISD for over a decade, contributing significantly in various roles. For the past five years, she has worked in the District Business Office, serving as Business Manager, Assistant Business Manager, Accounts Payable, and Director of Communications. Prior to this, she held multiple campus positions, including CMC Teacher, PEIMS Coordinator, and Campus Secretary.
Mrs. Pierce holds a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Development and a Master of Business Administration from Purdue University. Additionally, she is certified in Texas School Business Administration by the Texas Association of School Business Officials (TASBO).
Bandera ISD Superintendent, Mr. Gary Bitzkie, expressed confidence in her leadership, stating, “Mrs. Pierce’s commitment to excellence, deep understanding of our district’s needs, and unwavering dedication to the Bandera ISD community make her the ideal choice for this role.”
Mrs. Pierce will also continue serving as the Director of Communications while taking on the interim CFO responsibilities.
