On January 1, 2025, at approximately 1:39 a.m., Seguin Police Department officers responded to reports of shots fired in the 800 block of San Antonio Avenue.
Investigators determined that the incident began as a road rage confrontation, escalating when one individual fired shots at another vehicle.
Following interviews with multiple witnesses, the Seguin Police Criminal Investigations Division identified 19-year-old Shiye Fuentes as the suspect. Fuentes is currently wanted on an active warrant for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon related to this incident.
