Cesar Renderos, 24, was arrested by San Antonio Police officers on charges of sexual assault of a child after the victim's parents reported an ongoing sexual relationship.
Renderos is employed by a non-profit organization that mentors youth, although investigators believe the victim and the suspect did not meet through this program.
Police are concerned there may be additional victims and are urging anyone with information to contact the Special Victims Unit at 210-207-2313.
The investigation is ongoing and federal charges are possible.
